Vacancy AlertJob role: Fundraising OfficerLocation: Cape Town CBDSector: NGOContract type: PermanentSalary: Market relatedJob description SummaryPlanning and developing the fundraising elements of the Organizational Development plan to ensure accurate budgets are developed for the operations of the organization.Managing and diversifying current fundraising strategies and ensuring the support database is being effectively utilized in order to maximize income and loyalty to the organization.Drafting funding proposals.Analyzing fundraising programmes and trends to ensure effective investment in channels, including Return on Investment (ROI) and value of programmes, and report this information back to the Managing Director and coordinating all funding applications being made nationally to corporates or Trust.Develop and conduct training where needed, to develop their fundraising capacity, particularly around proposal development.
