Job Responsibilities Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives. Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for business strategy. Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems. Identify common customer service breakdowns and drive corrective measures. Conduct service-related workshops and training interventions. Analyse customer feedback systems and identify trends. Ensure adherence to service standards by observation and measurement. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sales and service targets. Support areas to achieve sales and service objectives. Monitor and coach to ensure effective utilisation of sales and service systems. Reduce application errors and improve data quality. Conduct regular checks on sales claims and leads. Monitor budget to prevent overspending. Improve branch profitability through new franchise acquisition. Drive activation and entrench sales to improve revenue-generating accounts. Focus on portfolio tilt and drive relevant products. Plan and implement local area marketing activities. Identify gaps in sales performance and provide training. Drive strategic sales levers through coaching and testing. Increase sales by researching market opportunities. Drive daily sales disciplines. Improve productivity through focus on sales levers. Measure and drive sales leads and system usage. Improve cross-sell through digital enticement. Support achievement of business strategy and objectives.
