Position Overview: We Whiten is looking for a driven and seasoned Social Media Manager to take charge of our Instagram accounts. The perfect candidate will be energetic, self-driven, and possess excellent sales and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Instagram Management: Post content (provided by the company) on your social media page. Monitor, engage, and interact with followers' comments, messages, and mentions. Work alongside the sales team, conduct reachouts, and respond to client inquiries. Daily Messaging: Send a minimum of 100 messages daily across 3-4 company social media accounts. Connect with potential clients, partners, and influencers to build relationships and promote business growth. Sales and Outreach: Use sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate leads and business opportunities. Drive sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing. Operate within a commission-based structure to meet sales targets and objectives. Qualifications: Proficient with Instagram. In-depth knowledge of Instagram algorithms, features, and best practices. Exceptional written English skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Prior sales experience, especially in cold calling, is preferred.
