Please note that only candidates currently residing in Cape Town will be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee timesheet periods and submissions. Create, run, and modify reports as needed. Enforce data integrity, quality, and security policies and standards. Perform audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and errors. Document and maintain database policies, procedures, and guides using PowerPoint. Provide technical support and training to database users and staff. Upload or capture data into the database. Collaborate with the Database Controller during development. Work with stakeholders to understand and support database requirements and solutions. Essential Skills: Experience working with databases (VantagePoint preferred). 2-4 Years experience. Relevant qualification. Proficiency in data management. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset. High level of accuracy in all tasks. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Effective time management skills. Clear and concise communication abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
