Job Description: This role will strategically create, develop, and implement Verify and Assure best practices, systems, and standards across AMESA and APAC for all categories [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Governance of FSQA matrixes – 3D, AIBI, QAS, CQA, PQM consumer complaints, AA, regulatory inspections Strategically drive improvements and recommendations in support of risk mitigation and business commercial needs Co-ordinate and leads the quarterly Executive Product Integrity Councils in each sector Ensure that Global FSQA standards are applied consistently and robustly to all manufacturing locations in AMESA&APAC – Company owned as well as third party manufacturers. Approval of new 3PMs, M&A gap assessment and integration. Manage all verify&assure activities in AMESA and APAC for all categories Ensure appropriate audits are in place both for food safety as well as Quality using third party as well as internal resources to check if gaps exist and then to influence supply chain leadership to have time bound actions in place to fill those gaps. Ensure audits are in place for warehouses as well as retail distribution to ensure that quality of our products do not deteriorate during supply chain once they leave the manufacturing plant Innovation – Qualify new lines and new platforms, set appropriate guardrails for products, packaging, process and equipment Job Requirements: Demonstrated ability to partner with Supply Chain Leadership and R&D to achieve business objectives Has held a senior (Director Level+) operating role in AMESA or APAC sectors in either R&D or Supply Chain for 3+ years Excellent Leadership&communication skills to influence senior leaders in R&D, Procurement and Supply chain Technical skills in understanding food&beverage production and supply chain systems with knowledge of high moisture foods and advantage +15 years experience linked to Food safety and Quality systems in a complex multicultural and matrix organization Demonstrated leadership in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Food Safety Bachelors degree in the Sciences or equivalent.
