Job Type: Full Time Location: Cape Town Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for the CEO to track progress and effectiveness. Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
