MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Required qualification: 4-year Degree / NQF level 7Years of experience: Up to 4 yearsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Financial ControlAnalyse Client Financial and Non-Financial informationDevelop Projects and compile action plans regularlyCompile business cases for outsourcingCompile costings and proposals for new and existing CustomersCreate and execute implementation plan, once new work has been awardedPrepare tender submissions within stipulated deadlinesProvide ad hoc rates as and when requested by CustomersManage and control revenue: costs and profitAchievement of expected growth targetsIdentifying cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure policies and procedures are adhered to (Internal)Ensure adherence by operations to rate escalationsDevelopment of marketing strategies and end to end supply chain solutions Grow the existing businessIdentify new opportunities and innovative solutionsIdentify strategic alliances/venturesSecure new markets/customers, particularly in respect of logistic support and backward integration into customersSurvey markets and competitor activity, contribute towards the marketing plan and maintain a healthy sales pipelineCreate contract opportunitiesResearch and keep abreast with developments in operations, systems, and equipment methodologiesAssist in the selection of correct equipment per Customer requirements Develop new ways of providing service (Innovation)Provide total solutions to Customer needs (logistics) inward and outward boundProvide value added solutions in supply chain management and building business cases for the achievement thereofOptimize and automate operational environment, including rate adjustments, operational cost modelling, and costprojections against budgets and financial reporting. Integrate datasets and contribute to the design and implementation ofdashboards.Development and implementation of innovative solutions that would advance the product offering to clients. Maintain key, new and existing customer relationshipsEnsure and maintain ongoing operational relationships with internal and external customersSeek ways to add value to customers supply chainsLiaise with operations and support service levelsPro-actively respond to customer needsUnderstand Customers business requirementsConduct various CI initiatives ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
