Social Media Manager Media/Marketing/Sales Cape Town - Western Cape ENVIRONMENT: A UK-based private tutoring company is looking for a Social Media Manager to keep their brand buzzing online. You'll be the go-to person for managing their social media presence, keeping the website fresh, and turning those platforms into lead-generating machines. DUTIES: Content Strategy&Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing campaigns, offerings, and overall business objectives. Create and manage all content (including images, videos, and written posts) across social media platforms, ensuring it is optimized for each channel and reflects their brand’s educational strategy. Produce high-quality visual content that engages their audience, tells their brand story, and supports their educational campaigns. Platform Management: Manage and maintain their presence on all relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Customize content and engagement strategies for each platform, recognizing the unique audience and content types that perform best on each. Continuously monitor platform performance, making adjustments to content and posting schedules to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with their branding and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the web development team to implement website updates, optimize the site for SEO, and enhance the user experience. Regularly review website analytics to identify areas for improvement, track performance, and optimize the site to drive conversions and lead generation. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through social media, website traffic, and other digital channels. Track and report on lead generation efforts, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness. Analytics&Reporting: Utilize social media and website analytics tools to track and measure the success of all digital marketing activities, including content reach, engagement, follower growth, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reporting, offering key insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations for optimizing their digital marketing strategy. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure their strategy remains current and effective. Email Campaigns: Work with GHL and their database to implement email marketing campaigns to generate leads. Brand Consistency&Governance: Ensure that all social media content, website content, and digital communications are consistent with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and educational values. Develop and maintain digital marketing guidelines and best practices to ensure that all posts, interactions, and campaigns align with the company’s standards and objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
