Excellence in prioritising daily tasks and confidence in interacting with internal and external partners should be part of your DNA.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Support the onboarding process which includes drafting of contracts, gathering new starter data, ensuring first day readiness, induction etc.;Coordinate payroll submissions and checks to ensure accurate and timeous deliveryAdvise, coach and support CS Managers and Team Leaders on the full range of HR functions and services – including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, induction, learning and development, and employee wellness ensuring consistency with relevant legislation and the company HR policy and procedureImplementation of the HR Strategy and policies in the business ensuring alignment to strategyProvide timeous and relevant HR management informationUndertake specific projects, in consultation with line management, to facilitate HR activities and enhance customer serviceEnsure all employee systems are kept up to date;Advise and Support CS Managers and Team Leaders with IR related incidents and processesWith support from the HR Administrator coordinate onboarding and resignation process and ensure leavers and new starters adhere to company policy;Support all employee relations processes with templates, documentation, scheduling and updating the employee relations database;Drive Absenteism and Case management processes with support from the HR AdministratorJob Requirements:Sound knowledge of labour laws and policies that govern the defined dutiesAt least five years HR experience with a minimum of two years solid experience in a generalist capacityA degree in HR or related field: A minimum of a Bachelor of Technology Degree: HR Management or BCom HR Management or BComIndustrial Psychology or related fieldProven project management skillsProven experience in Industrial Relations including the CCMAJob Details:Company:takealot.comVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:Cape TownApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
