Job Description Support project management activities, drive efficiency, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects Administer and maintain project support tools eg. project management software, collaboration platforms and reporting tools Provide technical support to project teams on the use of project support tools Customise and configure project support tools such as PPO, Jira, Power BI etc Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools eg.
