We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Sustainability and National Operations to join our team and drive our sustainability initiatives and fundraising efforts. This role is instrumental in defining and implementing strategies to ensure the organization's long-term financial stability and positive impact.Key roles and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):• Define and develop sustainability strategies and broaden sustainability and fundraising initiatives in conjunction with the CEO.• Develop projections and track actuals for fundraising campaigns/events and grants, keeping the CEO informed.• Grant and proposal management• Work closely with the CEO and Finance Team to cost contain (Cost savings the P and L)• Create new-, identify potential- and enhance current relationships at executive level.• Implement sustainability initiatives in conjunction with the communications team.• Conduct in-depth, local and international research using networking tools, publications, database management, e-searches etc.• Manage internal and external communications.• Manage trusts, legacies and bequests or similar and other benevolent organisations.• Project manages revenue and expense budgets.• Work in close association with team member/s and facilitate people development to reach the organisational goals.• Assist Medical Director and Deputy Director to produce Strategy and Business Plan for the organisation annually.• Develop Corporate Image (Cl) for orgnaisation on an ongoing basis and make necessary adjustments.• Management (Leadership) of the relevant regional office• Stakeholder management and engagement• Ad-Hoc renovations and property management.• Effective ReportingRequirements:• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with senior individuals, funders, and sponsors in a similar capacity.• Relevant degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, etc).• Strong understanding of financials and budget management.• Sales or marketing experience, with a proven ability to drive sponsorship revenue.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative sponsorship opportunities.• Proficient in project management and able to multitask effectively.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to lead sustainability initiatives for a cause-driven organisation and make a tangible impact on our mission.Join us in creating exceptional events that leave lasting impressions!
