We have multiple junior and senior Sales positions available and encourage employees to advance their way to the top!This is a full-time position.Basic Requirements:Candidates must have their Matric/ Standard 10 (an HR qualification would be advantageous)Candidates must have clear ITC and criminal recordsCandidates must have administration experience (no less than 1 year)Candidates must have experience working in a call centre environment.Candidates must have intermediate Microsoft Office, Excel(preferred) and Outlook.Candidate must have Insurance experience.Dialler experience would be an advantage.Desired QualitiesProfessional call handling skills(essential).Typing accuracy.Attention to detail.Data capturing speed of 55 - 60 wpm.Duties Include:Call Clients for missed payments.Call for change of payment method.Fill application form and send it to our external partners.Fill NCR Replacement documents.Capture clients on CRM.
