Job Description To provide tools and management information to support business strategy, by developing dialler strategies and managing day to day dialler operations Dialer management Campaign and leads distribution Dialer MIS – campaigns, staff optimization, capacity planning IT/system related role to support collections/sales/operations function Contribute to the delivery of business results (e.g. cash collected, leads converted) through dialer campaigns Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Develop campaigns and load onto dialer to drive collections/sales/operations strategy within agreed turnaround times and deadlines Minimise dialer and agent downtime by planning effective campaigns with appropriate workload and balancing of workload between collectors Produce accurate MIS to develop campaigns and track dialer performance, track campaign progress and provide feedback.
