Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Help monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Respond to basic service issues and requests under supervision. Provide support and guidance to company staff in the use of various technologies. Assist with setting up accounts for new users and managing login credentials. Help with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies. Participate in testing and evaluating new technology under guidance. Qualifications: High school diploma required; further education or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus. Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Willingness to learn and to pursue further training and certification. Skills: Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles is advantageous. Comfortable using a variety of operating systems and software applications. Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members. Experience: Prior experience in IT support or a similar role Hands-on experience with Windows and/or macOS environments preferred. Working Conditions: In-office role with occasional need to visit other locations within the company. May involve lifting of moderately heavy items, such as computers and printers. Performance Goals: Achieve steady improvement in response times to IT support tickets. Maintain positive feedback from staff interactions and support provided.
