Tribe Auckland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations leader to lead the pre-opening team as General Manager. Job Description As ouropening General Manager , you will have a hands on approach, a drive for achieving a high level of guest service and a strong leader of the people to ensure a seamless pre-opening phase for Tribe Auckland. A highly organized individual, who will lead the Hotel, overseeing the pre-opening team. Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth. A high level of effective communication with key stakeholders&Hotel Owners. Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create a great team culture and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience in Hotel Operations&Food&Beverage Management Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience, with the ability to clearly articulate direction andcoach the team. A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market A positive and energetic attitude An infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guests.
