The successful candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of the SA asset management industry, its legislation, products and have had exposure to Retail distribution. Key Responsibilities Manage the ongoing technical training of the Retail Client Service team Manage the Private Client offering Prepare internal/ external communications for review and manage their execution Manage certain key initiatives within the team Thought leadership on how to make Unit Trust investment more accessible and appealing for direct clients First escalation point for technical queries and complaints Review of forms and correspondence prior to significant changes Ability to assist on system upgrades and regulatory changes Ability to meet with Clients and host events when required Provide team back up on Client queries (calls and emails) when required Quality Assessment reviews of Client interactions Retail Client Services reporting (this will include lead potential client and new business online application reports) Develop target lists for marketing communications Qualifications, Skills&Experience An appropriate tertiary education (required) 5+ years’ experience in Asset Management A good overall understanding of the investment industry and financial instruments Financial Services experience specifically Asset Management, Retirement Funds and Unit Trusts Knowledge on current Financial Markets and macro-economic events affecting Financial Markets Contact Centre experience within Financial Services High level of computer literacy Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) Good verbal and written communication skills with clients, internal business units and service providers Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels Strong ownership and accountability Problem solving and solution orientated Self-motivated with high levels of initiative A team player that relates with both internal and external stakeholders Analytical skills Ability to follow through Application form I would like to apply for this position I would like to present candidates for this position Please note In order to upload your CV, please complete the form below.
