Invoice&Bank Deposits: Prepare invoices and handle bank deposits with precision. Credit Notes&Invoices: Capture and manage with ease. Account Reconciliation: Keep our accounts balanced and accurate. File Maintenance: Ensure our filing system is organized and up-to-date. Supplier Reports: Prepare monthly reports for our valued suppliers. Finance Tasks: Assist our Head of Finance with various tasks. Admin Duties: Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. What You Bring: Qualifications: An accounting/bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience. Admin Skills: Previous admin experience is a plus. Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Sage Evolution is a bonus; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides is essential.
