Strategize for and implement other digital marketing efforts such as email marketing campaigns Keep abreast with all platform and industry related news and insights Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Build and present monthly reports to reflect on strategy and content performance for each brand and platform Manage all Partner Managers to ensure they feel energized and deliver excellent value to the business and we maintain a high standard of platform and YouTube expertise Desired Experience&Qualification Requirements: Completed Matric A qualification in Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field (preferred) 2+ Years experience in account management / project management / digital marketing or related experience A YouTube Specialist: Proficiency in leveraging YouTube for brand building; ability to build YouTube strategies, execute SEO, run ads, uploads, pull and analyze analytics, copyright and monetisation set-up / management A strong knowledge of other social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for digital marketing Experience with working closely with clients on brand projects and managing client expectations and deliverables Proficiency in the Google workspace: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Basic knowledge of how to create and design presentations on Canva Experience overseeing simultaneous and multiple projects / tasks Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks and manage a project from start to finish meeting client expectations and deliverables Understanding of current market trends Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
