Handle registrations, workflows, and municipal interactions. Lead research efforts, provide data-driven insights, and find new opportunities aligned with strategic goals. Build key relationships to support acquisition strategy and collaborate with the executive team on financial analysis and deal structuring. Supervise and represent the internal Project Planning team across departments. Improve both residential and non-residential spaces and enhance project planning with new technologies. What you need: A tertiary qualification in architecture, property studies, or related fields would be beneficial. 6+ years post-qualification experience. Proficiency in real estate financial modelling, specializing in development projects. Background in real estate development, particularly focusing on upscale residential endeavours. Competent in project planning, oversight, and reporting. Familiarity with municipal procedures, especially within the Cape Town region. Demonstrated leadership, team supervision, and relationship cultivation. Adept at juggling multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills and adept at resolving challenges. Engages in dynamic and cooperative problem-solving methods. Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and interior design aspects.
