Package: Salary negotiable depending on experience About the Role: As the Senior Pre-sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function by ensuring accurate creation and sharing of Bill of Materials across multiple vendors. This role involves conducting Peer Reviews of co-workers, providing technical and process support to team members, and facilitating engagements with other Presales members. Requirements: Proficient in channel presales, adept at using preferred vendor portals; Deep understanding of sales cycle and customer decision-making processes; Knowledge and relevant accreditations in core technology areas; Server Platforms: Dell EMC, HPE, or Cisco experience required; Enterprise Storage Platforms: Dell EMC, HPE, or Cisco expertise needed; Enterprise Networking: Familiar with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and Juniper; Skilled in creating requirements based on customer networking needs (e.g., size, performance, security, scalability); Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts, protocols, and architectures; Certifications and accreditations bolster credibility and proficiency in presales endeavors. Role&Responsibilities: Understand infrastructure technologies such as Hybrid Platforms, Modern Workspace, and Security to qualify opportunities and define appropriate solutions; Provide commercial acumen to assist sales teams in choosing solutions that meet budget and expectations; Support sales enablement by offering technical guidance on various products and solutions; Collaborate internally with Solutions Architects, Services Business Development Managers, and professional services resources; Attain and maintain relevant accreditations in key technology areas; Conduct Peer Reviews, handle high-value projects, and support new team members; Triage vendor system issues and provide support when necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
