Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and assist our CEO Christian Putz. As the right hand of the CEO you will have a significant impact on the business success. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day and ad hoc tasks for the CEO. Calendar and Email Management: Organize schedules and meetings. Send and respond to emails, take and make calls on behalf of Christian Marketing: update marketing materials and databases Sales: Organize and update our CRM system (HubSpot) Project Coordination: Organize and document sales and marketing initiatives. Research and Analysis: Do background research on potential investors Social Media&PR management: Manage our online presence and contact different PR agencies. Human resources: Rank job applications and write follow up messages. Itinerary Management: Plan travel arrangements.
