We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Health Shop Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an overall positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product recommendations and information based on customer needs Process transactions accurately using our POS system Stock shelves and maintain proper product displays Monitor inventory levels Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team Qualifications: Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a health-related or similar environment Strong knowledge of health and wellness products Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must be able for training 2-3 weeks If you are enthusiastic about health and wellness and enjoy helping others lead healthier lives, we would love to hear from you!
