These jobs were popular with other job seekersWe are urgently looking for Supply Chain Administrators for our client based in the Western Cape in the Fleet Management industry.This is a 12 - 24 months contract.MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSEDuties & ResponsibilitiesHandle the activities of orders, purchases, receiving, storing and issuing of goods.Administer and handle tender and contract informationUpdate the tender-, contract- and limited bid registers on a monthly basisMaintenance of supplier database registersAssist with aspects in the management of the asset register, including that of asset verificationsProcurement of office equipment and other supplies as a support serviceDeal with receipt and settlement of invoices for goods and services receivedAssist with financial reporting activities and perform actions in the execution of the activitiesDesired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 with accounting as a passed subject (OR accounting in tertiary qualfication)Valid driver’s license.
