Duties&Responsibilities About the job As Junior Service Engineer, you will report to the Regional Service Manager while working closely with senior engineers. The role requires hands-on technical work to install, maintain, and repair application machinery. Central to the role is representing the company in the field, ensuring clients are provided excellent customer service while meticulously documenting service activities. The teams are on the road 2/3 of the time and share standby duties. Desired Experience&Qualification Job requirements: Technical diploma/equivalent qualification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical/ trade qualification such as millwright). Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (field experience a plus). Customer focused role requiring strong communication and written skills. A valid drivers’ license is a must.
