We are on a mission to find a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our ever-growing team in our Cape Town office. What you will be exposed to Continued professional client support and a cooperative and friendly attitude that always puts the client first. Assist in the gathering of information, ensuring all documents are received vetted and loaded accordingly. Setting the clients up on the systems used. Train clients on how to use the systems. Package and handover all information to the internal account manager. Ongoing support of client's system to make setup changes where necessary, communicating with the client to manage the client relationship and provide quality control of the software systems. Offboard clients - assist in the transfer of all information and systems. Be the voice of the client, have an in-depth understanding of the clients operation and about the systems. Ensure that the internal team understands the workings of the client fully and is comfortable when taking over the account. Communicate to clients when new systems and system features are available that may be of value to the client, and if the go ahead is given then activate these features and provide training on the new features. Developing and nurturing of long-term business relationships with clients. Boxes to tick... Relevant Business Admin or related tertiary qualification 3-5 years experience in a Customer Success/Accounting function Experience in a small business environment Experience communicating with all levels within an organization. Exceptional communication, verbal, written and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as a team member on complex projects. Sense of urgency, self-managed and goal-oriented attitude. Knowledge of web technologies and industry-standard relational database products. Experience in Xero, Dext, SimplePay and eFiling is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
