Responsibilities: Desktop Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and related software. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users, both in-person and remotely. Document problems and solutions meticulously for knowledge-sharing and issue tracking. Maintain and update asset inventory (hardware and software). Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and account management. Network Support: Maintain and troubleshoot local area network (LAN) infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues. Assist in designing and implementing small-scale network changes or expansions. Collaborate with system administrators and network engineers on larger network projects. Perform basic cabling and network infrastructure setup as needed. Other Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to end-users offering prompt, clear, and friendly guidance. Participate in IT team projects and initiatives as required. Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with employees and colleagues. Adhering to company guidelines on technology usage, data security, and confidentiality. Demonstrating initiative to improve skills and expand knowledge within the field of IT. Requirements / Skills: IT Certificate/ Diploma Minimum of 2 years in IT/Networking experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with Mac, Windows, and Linux. Certifications such as A+, Network+, or vendor-specific certifications. Good knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, scripting, and automation. Familiarity with tools like Atera RMM, OneView, Jamf MDM, Jira, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and others.
