Duties&Responsibilities Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: LLB Degree. Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience) Conveyancing experience advantageous. Candidates must be resident in Cape Town. Job requirements, but not limited to: Drafting legal documents. Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks. Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors / insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans. Scrutinizing agreements and other legal documents and structuring loan term sheets. General legal advice and guidance, including research topics where applicable.
