As the Director of IT, you will lead the technological strategies, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure development essential for the success and growth of our e-commerce operations.Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic IT plan aligned with the unique needs of the ecommerce industry. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing technologies to enhance the user experience, optimize operations, and facilitate business growth. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable and secure IT infrastructure to support ecommerce operations. Ensure the reliability and performance of servers, networks, and databases critical for seamless online transactions. Collaborate with development teams to enhance platform functionality and user interfaces. Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect customer data, payment information, and proprietary ecommerce technologies. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. Implement and optimize digital marketing technologies to drive online traffic, enhance customer engagement, and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement personalized marketing strategies based on customer data. Implement data analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and sales trends. Provide actionable insights to improve decisionmaking processes and optimize the ecommerce customer journey. Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and service providers catering to the ecommerce industry. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure costeffective solutions. Build and lead a highperforming IT team with expertise in ecommerce technology, software development, and technology support. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IT department.Requirements: Bachelors or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT leadership roles within the ecommerce industry. Indepth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online payment systems, and industryspecific technologies. Familiarity with digital marketing, online advertising, and CRM tools in the context of ecommerce.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with successful ecommerce brands or platforms. Knowledge of emerging trends in ecommerce technology, including AIdriven personalization and omnichannel experiences.
