The Employment Services Director will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing a team of Employment Services Managers, who in turn manage teams of Employment Services Consultants. The Director will work closely with other departments, including HR, Finance, and Marketing. The Employment Services Director will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, staffing and placement of employees for various industries and sectors. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring high levels across the business Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet clients' needs Manage teams responsible for recruitment, selection, and placement of employees Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions accordingly Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Manage budgets and financial performance of the department Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback where necessary Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies accordingly Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification in Human Resources Management (e.g. SHRM, HRCI) Software Microsoft Office Suite Recruitment software HR management software Project management tools CRM software Experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years' experience in a senior management role Demonstrated experience in recruitment, staffing, and placement of employees in various industries and sectors Proven track record of developing and implementing staffing strategies to meet clients' needs Experience in managing budgets and financial performance of a department Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advantageuous Experience in the employment services industry Experience working with government agencies and NGOs Experience in managing teams across multiple locations Experience in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives Benefits Competitive aalary based on experience and high-end industry benchmark #J-18808-Ljbffr
