Internal Sales Consultant (Fabrication) – Boksburg. A dynamic company is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join their Team in the Engineering and Mining supply industry. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, assisting with product information, processing orders, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your expertise in Engineering, Industrial and Steel products and strong communication skills will contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience and achieving sales targets. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ previous working experience in a customer service or internal sales position. Previous experience in the Engineering and Mining Supply industry is essential Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using Pastel&MS Office. Ability to work under pressure. Problem solving skills. A valid passport as you might be required to travel. Fluent in English, French would be an advantage. Handling customer concerns. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers regarding Engineering and Mining products, pricing, and availability. Provide accurate and relevant product information, technical specifications, and other details as needed. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send detailed and timely quotations to customers based on their requirements and specifications. Coordinate with various departments/companies to gather necessary information for accurate quotations. Order Processing: Process orders received to supplier companies ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures. Oversee packing and labelling of orders. Generate and send order confirmations, Tax invoices, and shipping details to customers. Technical Assistance: Assist customers with technical inquiries related to Engineering and Mining products, including installation, compatibility, and troubleshooting. Oversee 3rd party inspections of products where required. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analysis for management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and potential areas for improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
