Food Safety and Quality Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality principles as included in the policies, procedures, product specifications and processes. This also includes general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene practices. Identify and report any potential Food Safety&Quality and GMP deviations and hazards. Cost Partially manage Controllable/operating Cost of as per annual target. Deliver the required savings year on year and continuously identify opportunities to save costs. Reduce and manage spare parts consumptions. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Delivery Initiate and implement projects to increase Operational Efficiency (OE) Develop and drive Total Productive Maintenance program to ensure factory efficiency Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. Create and implement maintenance procedures. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary Morale Drive talent management and succession planning of the Technical department Identify and implement training and development interventions Great a high performance and engaged teams Direct, manage and coach subordinate staff and ensure that the Technical function is staffed with appropriately qualified and experienced staff. Approve the selection, compensation and promotion of employees that are directly supervised.
