WAREHOUSE MANAGER, Boksburg, East Rand – GAUTENG.R27000+ depending on experience.We need a motivated, highly organized Warehouse Manager to join our team. Someone that enjoys day to day duties that are varied and will include overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes and maximizing warehouse productivity.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.Track and coordinate receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods.Check orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.Supervise warehouse staff and their daily activities.Maintain paperwork, report relevant information and prepare necessary documentation.Coordinate and ensure maintenance of trucks and all warehouse equipment.Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.Any other warehouse management duties as are reasonably required.Qualifications And ExperienceGrade 12 (Matric) / Relevant tertiary qualification.3+ years hands-on experience in warehouse operations, maintenance and management.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good working knowledge of Pastel would be advantageous.Critical Skills, Knowledge And AbilitiesKnowledge of receiving and dispatching stock.Knowledge of warehouse maintenance and operations.Knowledge of stock taking and stock storage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate a team.Teamwork ability – supportive of leaders and cooperative with others.Professional work ethics and integrity.Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst producing the best output.Proactive and positive outlook.Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
