Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the export and import processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to secure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Negotiate rates and terms with shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, customs documentation, and shipping costs. Stay informed on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures affecting operations. Provide support and guidance to other departments regarding export/import requirements and procedures. Requirements Qualifications / Experience: Relevant tertiary qualification. Proven experience as an Export/Import Coordinator or in a similar role (we're preferably looking for someone that has experience working in both a Freight-Forwarding environment and end user company doing imports/exports of various technical goods)  In-depth knowledge of Inco Terms, shipping procedures, cross trading, and freight forwarding. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers. Proficiency in MS Office, with a strength in Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
