The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating clinical practices and resources within the Annex Theatre. The Unit Manager will lead by example, ensuring excellence in patient care and fostering a supportive environment for staff and students.To be considered for this vacancy, candidates must meet the following criteria: Nursing Diploma with post-basic Operating Theatre Diploma (essential)Nursing Management diploma would be advantageQualifications Registered with SANCMinimum of 5 years scrub nursing experience in a multi-disciplinary hospitalMinimum of 2 years experience as either Unit Manager/2IC or Senior Shift Leader Private hospital nursing experience (current or recent years is requiredGood leadership and interpersonal skillsComputer proficientCompany assistance with re-location costs is negotiable.
