Our client in the Aluminum and Glass industry is recruiting for an efficient, experienced and dedicated Financial Administrator to join their team!Minimum Requirements Matric (must have mathematics and accounting)Tertiary qualification will be beneficial Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English Must be proficient in MS Office and PastelSkillsGood organisation skillsGood team player Good communication skills Be able to work under pressure Goal orientated Proactive thinker Duties and responsibilities Purchases of material / products needed for productionObtain quotes from suppliersBargain for good material and affordable pricesPlacing orders Daily follow-up of ordersProcessing of supplier invoices Creditors on Pastel (accounting and inventory purchased)Check-out of material for production, regarding projects involvedStock surveys – preparation / identifying and correcting discrepancies / managing stock countsCreditors reconciliations – monthlyCredit applications by suppliersObtaining updated price listsProcessing papers of projects (register accepted quotations) General administrative tasks, includingreception;receiving visitors / clients / suppliers / public;petty cash;preparation of certain EFT paymentsreporting of petrol purchases and consumptionreport IT problems and follow upcoordinate Water and Electricity Billsprepare wage and salary returnsordering and management of uniformsmaintain cross border documentspurchase of stationery and cleaning agentsarrange Medical examinationsmaintenance of Health and Safety filecoordinate vehicle services orders as neededfiling of all documents relevant on the aboveannual archivingmaintain employee information Salary: R10  000- R12 000Closing date: 9 June 2024
