Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and strategies to improve operational effectiveness. Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for guests, enhancing guest satisfaction. Maintain and improve quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards. Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure cohesive communication and operation. Requirements: Proven experience in executive assistance with a focus on operational management in the hotel, leisure, or related industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
