What You’ll Do For The Brand:Regular visits to sites to ensure mobile branding is visible and in good condition and discuss salesIdentification of new outlets for top up voucher distributionMonitor the condition of all branded outlets, taxis, billboards, walls and other marketing collateralIdentify strategic areas for mobile activationsEnsure that Booster vehicles are clean, branding is in good condition and that vehicle inspections are conducted weekly, and that vehicles are servicedControl and manage company assets in the area such as vehicles, gazebos, speakers, branding etc.Work closely with the marketing team to roll out regional campaigns at sites from start to endIdentify and create area marketing strategies to grow mobile footprint and acquire new customersManagement accountability for stock which includes stock orders, daily stock counts and reports thereofManagement of team salaries and time and attendance, ensuring it correspond with OPUSResponsible for team management, setting direction/targets, conducting performance reviews and conducting the day to day people management functions such as salaries, overtime, shortages, IR functions, Poor Performance Management and Development of Team MembersEnsure that all Team Leaders and Mobile Promoters receive full training before commencement of dutiesWeekly completion of Moodle, bet strike and Voice Note Training and Trainers on WheelsDaily ReportsAny other related duties that might be requiredWhat You’ll Bring To The Team:Demonstrate a good understanding of betting procedures and betting types.Demonstrate good project management skills.Excellent people management skills.Must be able to identify, analyse, organize, and solve problems.Follow through and delivers results despite obstacles.Must be able to stay attuned to the needs of the market and developments.Must have good forecasting skills.Understanding of the operating system and software platforms.Understands TUV (Top up voucher) distributions, the functionality of TUV and related processes.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
