Our client is looking for a talented Social Media & Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team, where your efforts in driving engagement and managing critical data will play a pivotal role in their continued success.Role Overview:As a Social Media & Administrative Coordinator, you will harness the power of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, to amplify our client's brand presence and showcase their property deals. Your role will involve creating compelling content using Canva, managing email campaigns via CRM tools, and conducting essential property due diligence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a multifaceted role, combining creativity with meticulous research and data management.Key Responsibilities:- Design and publish 3-4 engaging reels per week using Canva, focused on property investment deals and updates.- Manage and update CRM with email marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement.- Post and update property listings in designated Facebook groups, ensuring high visibility and interaction.- Perform property due diligence checks including valuation and environmental assessments (e.g., flood zones) using provided templates.- Maintain and update the property database accurately and efficiently.Requirements:- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the property investment or related sector.- Familiarity with Canva for creating visual content and reels.- Experience with CRM tools for email marketing purposes.- Strong understanding of property due diligence processes.
