As the Communities Manager, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies, and provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. Your role will also include timeous response to comments and listener queries, as well as monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews. The Communities Manager is responsible for organizing and participating in events to build community and boost brand awareness, and for coordinating with the Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship and News teams to ensure brand consistency. You will set up Facebook marketing campaigns and assist with website ad serving, when required. To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in marketing or communications with hands-on experience in social media management for brands, the ability to interpret digital traffic and online engagement metrics, and knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
