Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Senior Clerk to provide administrative support to the sales team in the region.Key responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the brokers & representativesHandling telephone enquiries from brokers & repsPrepare quotations for brokers and reps in the sales managers’ absence.Verify the authenticity of policy applications from brokers onlyDistribute correspondence to brokers and repsDistribute and handle enquiries regarding commission statementsAdministrate new businessCollate new business and distribute to various data capturersDistribute queries to various sales managers and/or brokers and reps in their absenceSign and distribute policy applications in absence of Sales ManagersKeep record and escalate Representatives and Brokers client services queriesAssist SM with general Admin DutiesAssist SM with Quarterly MeetingsOrder stationery and distribute to various sales managersDaily production stats updatesCompiling of weekly car and office marketer rosterCompiling weekly car usage stats and submitting to H/ODistribution of internal mailRequirementsFormal EducationTechnical/Legal CertificationRegulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives (Advantage)ExperienceAt least 2 year’s administrative experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
