If you're passionate about medical technology, particularly Joint Replacement and Trauma products, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, we want you to be a key player in delivering exceptional solutions and building strong customer relationships. What you will do: Represent the company in a positive light and maintain a professional image Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical products and procedures, engaging in consultative clinical conversations Adopt a true consultative approach, adding value and inspiring confidence in theatre. Act as an advisor to clinical customers and be a valuable resource to the team Construct a business plan with SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and back-up plans. Independently plan activities and justify them based on strong business reasons Use consultative sales techniques to develop business and provide multiple financing options for customers Recognize buying signals, react appropriately, and consistently close deals Support junior sales reps and assist the RSM with tendering proposals Take on an informal leadership role within significant projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CFT) and subject matter experts (SME) to determine deliverables Collaborate with other departments to meet maintenance services sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction Regularly seek and implement opportunities for improving sales processes and customer interactions What You Need: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the medical technology field Diploma in a related field Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English Knowledge of Medical Device environment&Medical Device regulations preferred Strong analytical and planning skills to effectively strategize and execute sales initiatives Strong teamwork and networking skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Demonstrated commercial and business awareness to identify opportunities and drive successful outcomes Valid driving license is required for travel and client visits Travel Percentage: 80% #J-18808-Ljbffr
