Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Centre OperationsAssumes responsibility for the effective operations management of the Centre and facilitiesAssumes responsibility for the security of all the Centre facilities. Conducts scheduled inspections of security systems and implements improvements as necessaryResponsible for ensuring the efficient and cost effective administration of Centre operationsResponsible for ensuring professional business relations with vendors, contractors, and trade professionalsResponsible for effective supervision of Centre personnel, ensuring optimal performanceIdeally some knowledge of large buildings/structures and their associated mechanical and electrical services, fire systems.Experience in the management of contractors, contract procurement and service level agreements.Ideally a recognised health and safety qualification with experience in an H&S focused environment with responsibility for managing H&S.Good administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Good numeracy skills with experience of setting and managing budgets, meeting deadlines and working within financial limits.Excellent customer relations skills and an ability to work and integrate in an already established team.
