As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the workshop, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of workshop management processes and procedures within the construction industry.We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who will be responsible for the day to day running of the mechanical workshop and all plant and equipment, small plant and LDV's hired out.
