Main responsibilitiesResearching and understanding the products and services offered by the businessKeeping up to date with competitor offerings and pricingIdentifying and pursuing sales opportunitiesAnswering incoming calls and e-mails to the businessAttending to customers’ questionsQuoting customersFollowing up on important quotationsCapturing customer orders receivedActioning of customer orders receivedProcurement of traded products for customer orders receivedLiaising with production on the status and delivery dates for production ordersMonitoring and updating expected delivery dates of customer orders and updating customersArranging for delivery or collection of customer ordersReporting on sales and profitability per customer and sales targetsArranging of marketing materials within approved budgetsEducation, skills & experience requiredN6 or higher diploma in industrial instrumentation or a related fieldExcellent communication in both verbal and written formatOrganizational skills and the ability to multi-taskFamiliar with the use of the Microsoft Office SuiteMarketing qualifications or experience will be beneficialReporting structureInternal Sales reports to the General Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
