The role involves overseeing all stages of production from design to installation and commissioning, with a strong focus on gear-related design and manufacturing. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work independently and have experience in a senior role.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative solutions to technical problems.Ensure compliance with regulations and implement work standardization.Design and 3D model mechanical components, focusing on gears and gearboxes.Prepare and approve manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Write technical documentation and handle NCRs.Lead engineering projects from RFQ to installation.Promote quality, continuous improvement, and adherence to health and safety regulations.Requirements:BEng or BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering.8 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering role.Extensive experience in gear/gearbox design and industrial gear reducers.Proficiency in 3D CAD (Solid Edge preferred), AutoCAD, and ERP systems.Valid driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel.Strong communication and presentation skills – good ability to work with clients.Apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
