New Product / Market Development Manager is Required by a Manufacturing Company To Lead and Manage and take full accountability for the integrity of Engineering Department. Develop / Design New Products and Upgrade/ Modernise existing Product. Source and Evaluate New Materials / Products. Advise Quality on Standards / Test requirements on products. Design effective and cost-efficient engineering solutions to meet client needs. Ensure that the design drawings and program fit within budgetary and time constraints. Coordinating the technical development, succession planning and retention of engineering department. Continuously overseeing the professional development&leadership development of engineering team. Developing, optimizing and maintaining engineering systems and tools (e.g. BD, methodologies, models, specifications, procedures, standards, etc.) for respective engineering disciplines. Conducting environmental scans to establish trends and to identify new and emerging processes and engineering technologies. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Electrical Engineering (preferable) Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Environment.
