If no correspondence is received, assume your application has been unsuccessful No telephonic communication will be accepte Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Make sure the reception area is neat and organized Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily parcel deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing&photocopying Required Qualification: Matric (Senior Certificate) Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills Advantageous Skills: Valid driver’s License Fully bilingual (English&Afrikaans) Work experience as a receptionist or similar role Ability to communicate effectively with customers&suppliers (Telephonically&Electronically) Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Good time management skills Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
