With deep client understanding and a focus on excellence in technology, client and intermediary experiences, SRA delivers financial solutions including comprehensive financial planning, life- and disability insurance, credit solutions, savings and investments, retirement and fiduciary services that can be accessed through various platforms. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. • Resolve and/or refer complaints to the relevant person/department – both from Pathologists, Nurses and Doctors on Wheels service providers and sales offices. • Follow up on requests forwarded to service providers ensuring that appointments are made and kept. • Update client information on a regular basis. • Keep records updated daily with the feedback received from service providers. • Link medical and other documentation to new business applications. • Payments of medical examinations/accounts. • Reconciliation of medical expense accounts (electronic&manual). • Processing of documentation and letters. • Open to be trained in other areas of the business. The environment necessitates overtime in peak periods. The amount of overtime hours depends on the business need in terms of the volumes received. What will make you successful in this role? Qualification: • Mathematics and/or Accounting as subject will be an advantage. • Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage. Experience: • At least 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in the Life Insurance industry within the New Business division. • At least 1-year experience in a target and production driven environment. • Experience in complaints handling. • Exposure to reconciliation of accounts as well as payment of service providers. Knowledge: • Knowledge of Life Assurance and/or Financial Services industry. • Communicates effectively (verbal&written) • Telephony skills • Cultivates innovation • Plans and aligns • Customer focus • Computer skills (able to type>28 words per minute) Build a successful career with us We’re all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
