We make it a priority to ensure that each Capitec person feels known, valued, focused and has the opportunity to grow.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Develop and apply innovative and effective sourcing techniques to generate a pool of suitable candidates based on a business requirement for highly sought-after critical skill sets.Gather relevant market intelligence in order to meet current and future resourcing needsAttract and engage with potential candidates by thoroughly understanding the relevant business unit requirements through close partnership with the recruiting line manager and Talent Acquisition SpecialistBe an advocate for the Capitec EVP, Culture and FundamentalsThrough initial candidate screenings, acquire relevant candidate information and clarify key areas of experience to match role suitabilityShortlist and present applicants who meet the agreed job specificationsIn this role you will provide a specialist technology sourcing service for the purposes of talent acquisition, through a process of appropriate channel selection and/or creation, appropriate direct sourcing techniques, market research and lead generation, applicant screening and engagement:Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidatesBuild a strong network of talent within the relevant sector to support Shared Services functions (Data/Credit/Finance)Job Requirements:5+ years in a talent sourcing and acquisition environmentExperience in working with a wide variety of candidate sourcing platformsDirect sourcing techniques and methods, specifically aimed at passive candidates with scarce and/or critical skill sets3 – 5 years’ experience in:Working in a target driven environmentPrior experience with working on SAP Success FactorsGrade 12 National Certificate / VocationalA relevant degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational PsychologyMarket Mapping and gathering marketing intelligenceTelephonic screening techniques for the purpose of shortlisting or attracting candidates upholding an excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedbackJob Details:Company:Capitec BankVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:Bellville, Western Cape, ZAApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
