Job Summary: The compliance team leader will be managing a team responsible for completing activities in relation to candidate compliance such as internal / external communications, receiving and uploading documents to the company CRM and escalating any issues to the Head of UK Compliance. This role ensures that the candidates are compliant with all rules and regulations plus any additional contractual obligations to meet the needs when placed with our clients. Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of UK Compliance. Delivery of compliance services Maintaining the Company CRM system Ensuring all candidates are eligible to carry out their duties by reason of professional registration, as applicable. Medical Professional Indemnity cover, as applicable. Assisting candidates inclusive of their DBS applications, Fitness to Work applications and Mandatory Training. Maintaining databases in good order and time. Keeping an accurate record of any notes, telephone contacts with candidates, outside organisations and recruiters using the company CRM. Making sure agreed timeframes are adhered to. Communication with Brand sales management. Ensuring reports regarding departmental activities are presented within agreed schedules. Qualifications: Minimum 4-year’s experience within compliance Healthcare recruitment experience highly advantageous, but not required Team leadership experience High customer satisfaction achieved in various roles Experience of using CRM systems specifically VDQ, Eclipse and Now We Comply. Excellent English skills Eye for detail Strong MS Office, Adobe ability Strong problem solving ability Able to work with teams or groups Take direction but also show initiative and be self-motivated Organise your own, and your teams, work pattern.
